Scope of Services
Hawaii Boats provides marine service coordination, project management, and direct service execution. Certain services may be performed by independent, insured marine professionals. All work is confirmed and approved prior to execution.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request. Some services require an inspection before final pricing can be confirmed. If the scope of work changes after inspection, approval will be requested before proceeding.
Inspection or assessment visits may carry a service fee, which may be applied toward approved work at our discretion.
Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the vessel at the scheduled time, including slip access, keys, and marina permissions when required. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
Payments
Payment terms are confirmed prior to work beginning. Some services may require deposits or payment in advance. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a service or inspection fee.
Limitation of Liability
Hawaii Boats is not responsible for pre existing conditions, hidden damage, or failures resulting from age, corrosion, prior repairs, or manufacturer defects. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.
